the website was ok untill yesterday.

the layout is showing responsive (mobile layout) on computer when you are not connected to the website.

if registered, then, it shows the normal layout.

how to configure to always show the normal layout, not the mobile one !

Maybe, you configured choose 'mobile' layout in desktop interface. Please check your configuration in Template Manager -> Layout again
