I use FileZilla (see attach) and it works well. Username is "web20f1". may have the user name misspelled.

I tried again ftp and it works fine.

I see a lot of effort needed to solve this problem.

As a solution, I have created for all users a user menu item and it works. (hidden menu as root menu, in K2 Release 2.6.5 proposed does not work, hope this function will be taken into new templates).
