There are topleft position that use SJ Minicart Pro module, Login module. Here we will configure:
- with "SJ Minicart Pro module" at topleft position:
Module Position - Module Suffix
Position: topleft
Suffix: clear

- with "Login module" at topleft position:
Module Position - Module Suffix
Position: topleft
Suffix:

What do I need to change?

I don't see an area in either of these modules to change the links.

When I open the Top Menu item I see the links there, but I disabled "Cart" and it still shows on the website.

Is your mean that you want change the links in SJ Minicart Pro module (example: YOUR_URL/index.php/virtuemart/shopping-cart) ?

If you want remove the link, please go to your_site\templates\sj_agriculture\html\mod_sj_minicart_pro\default.php and find:
