why we cant install a new modules on same positon for example I want to use a new module lke rs image slider on main bottom but it doesnt work.. I have tried other modules and on other positions ut none worked

I have just installed some modules on same positions in the Sj Education template.

It is normal now.

Please check your modules again.

ofc we can install any module but they dont shown up on page where we set positions. for ecample I ve installed rs image gallery and want to show up after any defined module like our-teachers or upcoming events etc I dont have any ... there are many example like this..

Please note the parameter "position" in the module configuration.

You can sometimes enter manually the parameter's value.
