As you see in the attached picture of that page :
1. I want to prevent from the word "NEWS" in the top of the first module to be seen, including the white background. (this will also save me the height )
2. I want the first module (happening arround) to stay with blue frame as is, but the second module (News...) to have a different color (red color)


How can I accomplish these 2 thinks?
