Please go to your_site\templates\sj_restaurant25\css\template.css and find:

body{
	font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
	color: #333;
	line-height:1.6em;
	background:url(../images/bg.png) repeat left top;
}


=> change "background:url(../images/bg.png) repeat left top;" above
