Dear Richard Vaca,

If you want only menus that have a submenu display bullet, you can open the megamenu-components.css file (www.udabol.edu.bo/templates/sj_worldnews/menusys/class/common/css/megamenu-components.css) and add code following:
#meganavigator ul.subnavi > li.havechild {
    background: url("../images/level2-arrow.png") no-repeat scroll 5px -16px transparent;
    padding: 0 0 0 15px;
    text-transform: none;
    transition: margin 0.3s ease-in-out 0s;
}

and
open the jshover.css file(www.udabol.edu.bo/templates/sj_worldnews/menusys/class/common/css/jshover.css), add code:
#meganavigator ul.subnavi > li.havechild.hover {
 background-position: 5px 14px;
 color: #FE0130;
 margin-left: 8px;
}
