my search bar dose nt work...

it is no responding after i press "go" or can not find anything.

please tell me how to use search function...

my site is sj news quickstart 2.5,

Hi treejl,

you can replace the smart search module with the search module by disabling the smart search module and enable the search module in the admin.

I have the same problem, I did what you said, but I still have this problem!
this problem is only in Home page of site, and in another pages it works..

Please try to disable the smart news module and enable the search module in admin again.

I tried everything, too, but I still have this problem: from the homepage, the search remains in the home, and doesn't jump to the result page.
