Dear bouregaa,

Please try go to the file templates\sj_news25\templateDetails.xml and find:

<position>user13</position>

=> Edit to:

<position>user13</position>
<position>user15</position>
<position>user16</position>

Then you can save it and create new modules and set these positions in list position.
