hello

I paid for SJ News quickstart package and download it and extract file to server

I install quickstart package ,it complete but in administrator panel i cant't see sjnews template and extension in list

Dear Chanwit Nanuwong,

Maybe, you don't choose 'Install English sample data' in last step of installing quickstart. You can refer the user guide in:
