Working with the module. So far - so good.

Today I noticed that the drop down of the module for choosing the categories - is gone.
Can it be because the latest joomla update? (I am not sure... just saw it today after a long time which I didn't touch the module).

I am attaching a screenshot to help understand what's wrong.

The multiselect of the categories is gone.

Also - I am recieveing an error message while login at the first time to the module parameters page. (The second time - it's not happening).



This is the error message I get:
