How do you change the default link to other link??

I want the module to point to my current link and not create a new link like it it doing now....

How can I point it to the correct link? I see the box for the "Custom URL", but I don't know how to preface it.

Please kindly use this format:

ArticeId:yourURL

For example:

12:www.smartaddons.com
