Sorry for my english. I have a problem with this module. I have installed it in mi web site (under construction) and not rotate the articles. Y have matched "auto play- yes" in effect options and i have try with all types of efect and themes and anything play. But also no play in manual mode with navigation buttoms.

What kind of error may be this? Could you help my, please?

Sorry but es impossible send a ticket. After fill every filds and write captchad and press submit, it si shown "Please write a message for your ticket.".

everytime the same. I have done this trhee times. Sorry a dont understan why.

I insist about is imposible submit aticket. Always appear the same message: "please write a mesage for your ticket", and I filled the message previously. I am trying add a image with my message an instant before to press submit button in this foro but also is imposible in format .doc and .pdf.

I dont understand anything.

Now in a little size 65,4 Kb jpg format it is posible.
