I have the following errors when I click on menu item 'All Ads - YT menu params'

You can turn off these notices in Global configuration -> Server tab -> Set Display errors to None.

Thanks for your suggestion but I still have a template that's not working.
If you look at extensions - Templates - sj_live default, the labels do not display properly and responsive is not working .

According to your user guide, I should have the following componants installed
K2
Ads Manager
Acy Mailing
Jcomments
I only have ads manager and acy mailing, the others are installed but are not there nor working?

It is also worth noting that even though i have all modules turn off, there is still modules displaying that wont turn off (I would think that with all modules turned off, the page would be blank?)

Thats weird, it was there this morning but your right, it does not appear there now.
