Where is the "No Photo" image stored? I can't find it anywhere. How do I change the default "No Photo" image to my own?

In most cases, the "no photo" image is the nophoto.gif image.

It is usually located at "your_site/modules/module_name/assets/images"

I just found the same problem, too...
I substituted *ALL* of the occurences of nophoto (.gif AND .jpeg) with a picture of mine everywhere in the template, but adding items without pictures still generates the 'no photo' smartaddons base image.
"It is usually located at": maybe that *usually* has some significance...

It's really strange: as I said, I substituted all the nophoto.xxx (.jpg and .gif) images.
You can see at this page:

that I inserted a new item, that shows different images according to what module I'm using it into.
'Ultimi Articoli' is a SO K2 Slider, and it shows the righe image, even if it's totally wrong, there is some elaboration that doesn't behave well.
Downl along the page, on main content (rendered with a SJ Mega K2 News), category Servizi has as first item just the same, but the image is now the original SmartAddons nophoto.
The item is called 'Sportello unico consumatore', by the way, and the item was created obviously after the image substitution.
