Hi, I opened ticket TT-0000000331 but was unable to open the ticket to provide requested information. I did reply to the email but have not heard anything since then - over a week. Any updates? Thanks

I received the email and verified that my issue was resolved. Please let me know what the problem was and if I was doing anything wrong.

Also, I still cannot view my ticket information or make comments on it. When I click any of the tabs nothing happens.
