I want to change the heading US Politics but I can't find where to change it

Okay so I now changed it by going into mySQL and editing it that way, but I still can't find where to change it using the admin panel - can somebody please let me know where I am supposed to change it, I shouldn't have to do it manually

The heading 'US Politics' is a menu item. You can go to Menu Manager to find it.

WHere exactly? I have been through it all and I still can't see where to change it - or am I blind?

Sorry, it a position inside a menu content. You can see below the menu content type, name of position selected. Go to Module Manager to change title of that module.
