Hello,

I added :
$lang = JFactory::getLanguage();
if ($lang->isRTL()) {
        $addCssRight = "rtl";
    }else{
        $addCssRight = "";
    }

to :
modules\mod_ytmegamenu\menusys\class\mega\tmpl\default.php
Line 16

And now the Module mega menu mode work for RTL languages automatically.
