Hi,
I downloaded GT news and used it on Joomla, it works fine except for the thumbnail. I only get a black thumbnail as it won't resize my picture. What could possibly be the problem?

In this case, please delete the cache in cache folder and then change the permision of cache folder to writable

Is there another reason though? I've even chmod 777 the folder. Very sorry for being so bothersome

Hi Admin,

I found out what went wrong, now the thumbnails are displayed correctly. Turns up it doesn't work if I insert the image with HTML in my article , although the images are hosted locally as well. But if I do an upload->insert image, then thumbnail works. Anyway, thank you, GT News is an awesome module
