Thanks heaps blink black, It's great that you replied and confirmed what I thought. It's a shame because we both know that the business will fail without support. www.leotheme.com seems to be another one. Do you think it is worthwhile using the template and only use K2 where ever possible to avoid using the modules and plugins. Also do you know if there are problems with the framework? Thanks if you can help with the questions, it's damn hard to find a good newspaper template. Regards, John

Hi K John Brown,

I see your wondering about the support time on our website. You and blink black or any other customers, before coming with any online websites still consider about the products and service (it means support) of there. The products that we're using is technical, so there are many problems that can be occurs, not only issues come from our products but also there are many other problems come from other, for example: the complicate hosting, environment of installation is not compatible... Or if you're not a developer, and you have many platform questions and we will still support all of your questions...These things are one of some reasons that make the time of responding is delayed. Besides, the other reason can be the various time-belt. We're at the middle of night. It seems we're not in the same time so i'm not sure the best support in this time.

With blink black i want to say Hi with you We have had some choices to work with together in some topics and ticket. I want to say that you are a special customer who we are interested in the best. The delay time for responding with you sometimes is the posting question on missing topic, so we can't support sooner or you asked many problems/questions in the same time and request answer continuously Although we missed some questions but as after that we tried so much to help and resolve all of your problems. I've read your post in here and saw you seems haven't been satisfied. This thing makes me so said

You are our customers, besides authority of products, you have power to request a best support for you. We known that and we're trying to improve the support system for all of you.
Becoming our customers, it means becoming our friends and our value will be not meaningful if without your satisfaction.
So we really hope to see the many sympathy from you.

Hi K John Brown again, you're using our products and I think you should to post your problems on this forum or submit the ticket to technical department for getting the best support. We will take notice to help you as soon as possible.
