When is the update?

Please just answer the tickets that took more than a month with the web in productive and buggy

I have a ticket open since more than a month... and no way!!!

I don't know what can i do, the module has a problem and it is not my fault, I have my shop online with wrong prices for over a month... and you don't answer to my tickets
