Why do smartaddons.com not respond to tickets submitted and why is Live Chat with sales always offline? I've subscribed to a membership and the links are not displaying for the things I want to download

So no reply to this topic, nobody online on the live help and the ticket is still not answered - this really is appalling customer service and I will be contacting PayPal to get a refund if I don't get a response within 24 hours from now (more than ample time I think)

Also as an active member of several Joomla forums I will be spreading the word about my experience of SmartAddOns and advising people not to use them or waste their money on something which doesn't work

Though as I suggested in our live chat, I think you should make your opening hours clearer to people in the US and Europe
