Rather than having your support team is available in forums and tickets from Mon to Fri: 8:30 – 5:00 (GMT+7) ", Why dont you have 24x7 Support system, since we are in the different part of world having time differences.

I have been repeatedly raising and updating tickets. but my issue is not been solved. from last month. please have it reviewed at high priority.
