In my opinion quick support is respons within hours, not a week or more.
I have submitted a support ticket friday the 6. Of februar and expected an answer the same day.
I have still not received any reply today the 10th.
I have tried to send emails, but no answer.
If you are busy, you could write me when you will attent to my problem.
