Why the templates are not delivered with source Adobe .PSD files ? That is the first time i see that. How we are supposed to work without that ?


Can you put them automatically in the download package , it will more simple for everyone

Well, i have already send you the name of the template two days ago via ticket system, and i'm waiting an answer.

i hope the answer will be more quick next time. Since, this weekend i'm waiting this files PSD for start to work .

I would like to ask you a patience for this work because PSD files are heavy so we won't public download links on this server. We have many customers access website to download our products per day and we need to ensure the best speed for others.

and I have post a message sunday in the forum (SJ News).

Still no answer from ticket support
