I have the same problem as Aleksey Shcheglev.
The sj_muzik_quickstart_j32_v1.0.1 not install. Not in localhost or in webhost.
Stops at step 3.

Please check memory_limit in your PHP.ini file. Please set it to about 125MB. You can contact with your hosting provider for the help.
