If you provide a layered PSD/AI or any other popular type of design source file it will be converted to W3C validated XHTML and CSS and then ported to Joomla with your choice of module positions. We pay extra attention to creating clean and readable XHTML and move all the CSS definitions to one external file so the html files are lightweight and loads very fast and everything is organized.
