i installed SJ HealthMag on site it was working perfectly and suddency it started rediredting t0 /index.php and will show error
"The page isn’t working

redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"

But the website administrative back-end is working perfectly, i think it is an issue with your template.

Please i need you to help me resolve issue in good time.

Please try to choose other template and check your site. If your site can work with other template, it is error of our template, please submit ticket and send us your information we will check for you.
If your site can not work, maybe your server has some issue, please contact to your hosting provider to check it.

i think the issue is not joomla or server, because i installed a fresh joomla website and its working perfectly.. i have open up a support ticket [TT-0000011844] Issue with template SJ HealthMag

Please help me treat it as a matter of urgency.
