Ok,
After using the quickstart files to install this template, I get a blank page. I go to the site nothing is showing. I did it again, same result. Please note that I have done this same process with other template from joomlart, gavick, rockettheme and many others with no problem. This needs to be resolved ASAP.

The directory I provided is there and and I don't know why you are saying it is empty. here is a screenshot of it. I need this resolved today. i know that after this today I will not get support until monday, I wish I had taken into consideration your system off support, it is unfortunate.
