When I hover over a menu I get a drop down sub menu. For some reason now the submenu opens under SJ Content Slideshow on my home page. I am using "Megamenu".

How do I fix it?

I had same problem. You mus look with firebug and put for slideshow o other modules that is over the menu (like a left column o right column), put this code:

position: relative;
z-index: 0;
