This error appears during a quickstart installation when the sample content is being added to the system.

There can be several reasons for it depending on your hosting environment, the following is a list of the most common causes:

1. Low PHP memory. Solution: Edit the php.ini file of your system and set the "memory_limit" to at least 256M or 512M. You might require the help of your hosting company to perform the change.

2. File permissions. Some systems have specific file permissions that might prevent a file from being readable. Solution: Find out the proper permissions for your hosting environment and apply them to the "installation/sql/mysql/sample_data.sql" file, then try installing again.

3. Database permissions. Make sure the database user has all permissions on the database used.
