How to renew/upgrade my membership?
After you log in to SmartAddons site, go to member page, click Renew/Upgrade Button to renew/upgrade your membership
How to cancel my membership/recurring payment?
The payment for membership does not recur automatically. You can renew by hand so you don't need to worry about this.
Can I customize SmartAddons extensions?
Of course! Our extensions are GPL and Non Encrypted. You may edit our extensions to fit your needs as long as the (C) information in the source files is not removed
I paid for the subscription, how do I download a new version of the extensions I want?
You can go to detail page of extension you want to get download link or finding main name of extension in list category here
Can I share my username? Why is my account suspended?
No. One username and password can be used by one buyer with up to five IP addresses only. Any attempt to share the username and password will result in the automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.
After my subscription expires, can I download update packages of SmartAddons Products?
No. You are required to renew your membership in order to continue downloading our updates of templates, extensions.
Is there a download limit?
Downloads are unlimited for the duration of your membership, meaning you can download all the templates, extensions, sources and other packages as many times as you like, at any point during your subscription. Downloads will be restricted after your membership expires.
If I decide not to use the products can I get a refund?
Yes, you can. But your case need to fit with our refund policy in here.
Do your extensions work for all versions of Joomla!?
Yes. We developed our extensions with all versions of Joomla! as v1.5, v1.7, v2.5.x and v3.x. But some of them are just compatible with old versions, you need to check more in the detail page of extension for getting exactly information.
