What are packages that I'm supplied?
We supply full package for template installation. They're: template file, quickstart package, extensions (in-house modules, plugins or component) that are required as our demo. About PSD Source file, we just only supply for customers who are having order purchase from us. More info about PSD files will be appeared in here
Where can I download template?
After the payment is confirmed, our system will automatically send you an email that announce your account is activated. You can go to here for finding the template you want. All packages for template installation will be there.
Where do I find userguide to install template?
We supplied userguide/document to install quickstart and configure the template here. You can use "Title Filter" for finding the guide you want.
Where is template changelog?
When a template is updated to new version, we will announce here or you can check in the detail product page.
How is about Refund?
We offer within 7 days for refundable requirement from the subscription is completed
- Refund 100%: Without downloaded Product
- Refund 50%: With 1 downloaded Product
- No-refund: With > 2 downloaded Products
- Refund is not applicable on membership renewals
How often are new templates released?
We usually release 1 template per month, but sometimes we will release extra bonus templates as an added benefit to our members
Can I remove Copyright from the footer of template?
Do you provide source files, if so what is format?
Yes, we provide source files in the Adobe PhotoShop PSD format. Therefore, you can send requirement of source files to our system ticket or email to contact@ytcvn.com. More info here
Where can I add idea for new template?
Each month, we will release one template. If you have any ideas for new template, please post here
Can I download modules/extensions built into SmartAddons templates, as shown in the demo? Or Do I have to pay?
All extensions used in the Demo site are available for downloading along with the template and are also part of the Quickstart Package. There is no more additional fee.
Can I re-sell SmartAddons templates?
No. You are not allowed to re-sell SmartAddons templates and extensions. However, you are entitled to customize SmartAddons templates, extensions for your clients.
I don't have time, Can you install the Quickstart for me?
Yes, you can buy Service-Installation here. This will cover the installation of Template quickstart as well as in our Demo site. No other customization would be done.
Can I try out a commercial template before I buy?
We do not offer the trial template. We have set up demo sites for each of our commercial templates so that you may see the template in action. Should you have questions regarding a particular template, please visit our Community Forum. You may find a similar question has already been answered, or you may post a new questions if not yet.
How can I get support for problems on used template?
We provide 2 channels for submitting your problems when using our template:
- Ticket: Please explain your problem clearly in "Message" then send to correct department you want to ask
- Forum: Please post your problem to correct category of template you're using with clear explaining. Don't forget to check problem on Suggest Tool of Forum at the first. More information of Suggest Tool, please read here
What are things I will get from your support?
- Commitment for bug fixes
- Helping users get demo site alike display.
- Help debug compatibility issues with major / popular extensions.
- Guide / provide hints for customization but no customization support for regular memberships or single product.
- Only Developer members gets customization support (major customizations not included).
Can I still use templates, extensions after my membership expires? Do I have to pay more?
When your membership expires, you can still use all templates and extensions downloaded during your membership period for your registered domains without paying any extra fee. In case you expect to use our templates for additional domains, you are required to renew/upgrade your membership. Access to downloads, updates, forum is automatically restricted on expiry of membership
Is there a download limit?
Downloads are unlimited for the duration of your membership, meaning you can download all the templates, extensions, sources and other packages as many times as you like, at any point during your subscription. Downloads will be restricted after your membership expires.
