First of all, make sure you always download the newest version. When you buy the module, you already have the last version.
The following documentation is applied for packages from version 1.0 of
SJ Cool Accordion with Content,
SJ VM Cool Accordion and
SJ Cool Accordion with K2 and module.

REQUIREMENTS
Joomla! v1.7.x and Joomla! v2.5.x latest stable versions are highly recommended.
INSTALLATION
1. Prepare your module package (zip file; please UNZIP first if it is indicated in the file name)
2. All steps are in administrator of Joomla!:
- In your Administrator page, go to Extensions -> Extension Manager
In this page, click Browse, select module package.
- Then click Upload & Install
- Please wait for module being installed, usually within several seconds
- Now go to Extensions -> Module Manager, click Select Type box and choose the module you have installed
- Then click the module listed below to configure it as SETTINGS part hereafter
SETTINGS
Let's examine all the detail settings of SJ Cool Accordion with Content on Joomla! v2.5.x package
1. This module with sample layout is below:
- Main Image: Showing the main large image, configured under Image Options
- Description of Article: This is the text of article's content
2. The parameters are divided up into the following areas:
- Basic Options
- Content Options
- Image Options
- Advanced Options
BASIC OPTIONS
- Module Class Suffix - Allow you to choose another CSS class that suits your template. Please refer here
- Module Width/Height - Allow to set width/height of module
- Themes - Allow you to choose one of 4 themes available
- Data Source - Choose the source of content that is used with this module
- Include Subcategories - Choose content in subcategories OR not
- Sort Order By - Allow to choose the criterion for order:
- Recently Added
- Most Views
- Recently Modified
- Title
- Ordering
- Random
- Source Filter - Allow you to filter articles with 3 options:
- All item: Show all article
- Only frontpage: Show frontpage articles only
- None frontpage: Hide articles which are frontpage article
- Number of Items - Allow to set number of items which you want to show in module
CONTENT OPTIONS
- Display Item Title - Show/hide the title of article
- Item Title Link - Enable/Disable link for Title of article
- Item Title Color - Allow to set color for article title
- Item Title Max Chars - Allow to set the number of characters in article title. Choosing -1 if you want to show full description.
- Display Description - Show/hide article description
- Description Color - Allow to set color for article description
- Description Background Color Opacity - Allow to change background color opacity of description
- Keep HTML - Strip html tag in description or keep them
- Description Max Chars - Allow to set the number of characters in article description. Choosing -1 if you want to show full description.
- Display Read More - Show/hide Read More
- Read More Text - Allow you to alter the text for Read more...
- Link Target - Set target for links clicked:
- New window
- Same window
- Popup window
- Custom URL - This param allows you to customize the link of each article. If you do not want to go to the detail page of article, you can change the link to another. In the textarea of Custom HTML, please use the following syntax::
- ArticleID_1:New_URL_1
- ArticleID_2:New_URL_2
- ...
With:
- ArticleID_1, ArticleID_2,... are ids of articles. You can see the Id column in Article Manager page
- New_URL_1, New_URL_2, New_URL_3 are links which you want to replace the orginal links. Format: http://www.newlink.com
IMAGE OPTIONS
- On/Off image on tabs - Show/hide image on tabs
- Link for Image - Enable/Disable link of image
- Small Image Width - Allow you to set the width of the small image
- Small Image Height - Allow you to set the height of the small image
- Image Width - Allow you to set the width of the main image
- Image Height - Allow you to set the height of the main image
- Image Background - Allow to set the color of image background
- Image mode - Allow you to choose the mode of image resizing
- None
- Center

ADVANCED OPTIONS
- Include Jquery - Allow to include jQuery lib OR not
- Pre-text - The content to show at the top of module
- Post-text - The content to show at the end of module
- Caching
- Use Global: Turn on caching
- No Caching: Turn off caching
- Cache Times - The time to cache
