or create the file \language\overrides\de-DE.override.ini
and add the content for this file:

MOD_LOGIN_ME="Anmeldung"
SIGN_UP="Neu registrieren"

Dear oladipo

I created file for you \language\overrides\de-DE.override.ini and translate for this text. but can't access to your admin to clear cache joomla.
please clear cache joomla in admin again
