I suggest you to add option of creating events on the calender. So anyone press any day in the calender, he would able to see the event.

Also, the subscription of the email, it will be nice if it is on the right position rather the middle of the bottom.

Is there any chance you may be updating your other SobiPro template "SJ Resorts" to Joomla 3.x?

If there are no changes, the price for single purchase will be $39 as usual. This template just uses SobiPro component and Joomla default content. We'll consider to combine 2 or 3 component in one template in the nearest time.
