I have a similar problem. The page can not manage in a responsive template. I believe that even in this case there are active blocks in my template.

I also removed the function from the template responsive because the picture on the home page, I have a few problems.

We fixed your issue. In HTML personalizzato module, we removed tag <div class="container">.
