Maybe, your issue only relate to Virtuemart component. Please choose default joomla template and disable YT plugin. Then test your site again. If it still not working with default joomla template , the bug doesn't relates to our template.

I downloaded the 1.0.5 quickstart your install and what you already have this problem, it is no problem if your virtuemart or it does not work, you should not sell but works well and has random failures. Your newly installed template has the same problem.

I checked on Atomic - Default template, it still working same as SJ Viste. That problem related to Virtuemart component only.
