After update Joomla from 3.1.5 to 3.2.1 reappeared copyright "Joomla! is Free Software released under the GNU General Public License."

second line in the file "your_site/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_templatename.ini" long ago fixed.
I also did found and delete it from file "en-GB.mod_footer.ini", then cache did reset, but did not help.
