I'm not sure if the problem is with my DB. I connected in my DB with sucess using database client.

I realized that the problem was the prefix of the table. In the database the prefix was "sjplus_" and in the "configuration,.php" the prefix was "sjlotte_".

I have corrected that and the error message disappeared but the SJ Lotte template is not presented. I think that it is because your intervention, right?

The database now is working and the configuration.php file now is correct.

The problem now is that the SJ Lotte Template is not working.
