I have changed the images numerous times ( I have uploaded nophoto images in png, jpg, and gif versions to all directories that had the origional nophoto.png image in them)
I have found that if I stipulate the image size in the slider to a smaller size, that the new nophoto image displays. But if I leave the size at the larger standard size then the old image displays??

I seem to have found a working solution.

I changed the Image Options in the Slider Module to "Output Format - JPEG" and all seemed to come right.
However there is still a similar problem in the Accordion module.
