Unfortunately it's still not fixed.

Most of the time it's the first product I add to cart.

Also a lot of customers call to report this error. The add to cart popup appears and confirms it's added, but the cart won't update.

Maybe, sometimes your site occur js conflict. I installed a plugin to resolve it. Please check your site again.
