Please note that I am having the same problem. My category image is very blurred. I need it at 980 px by 300 px. I have change this in K2 Parameters but still no change.

Never mind. I figured it out.

Once I changed the K2 parameter, I had to go back and delete the category image and then re-install it for it to accept the new measurement.
