Dear bmimir,

Because you selected rtl layout, so you could open the menustyle.css (yoursite/templates/sj_business/menusys/class/common/css/menustyle.css), find line 716:
ul.navirtl span.menu-title {
	display: block;
   	line-height: 100%;
    	padding: 6px 0;
}

change to:
ul.navirtl span.menu-title  {
	display: block;
   	line-height: 100%;
    	padding: 6px 0;
	font-family: Tahoma;
	font-weight: bold;
}
