Thanks for your help. I m sorry. I have asked help at not appropriate place. Actually i m trying to install "yt_news_j17_quickstart" template package. I found the similar issue discussed already here . But the error is same. In that package i couldn't find

However I have got the site working fine, even-though ignoring this Error.

Some errors occurred while populating the database: Variable 'character_set_client' can't be set to the value of 'NULL' SQL=/*!40101 SET CHARACTER_SET_CLIENT=@OLD_CHARACTER_SET_CLIENT */

Please guide me, Can i move forward with living website OR should i fix this error to ensure the successful installation.

My System Info:

Database Version: 5.5.28-29.1
Database Collation: utf8_general_ci
PHP Version: 5.3.15
Web Server: Apache
