Having the same issue with SJ Company...
Made the change suggested here with no success.

Posted a ticket but no reply...

What can I do to get an answer from you guys?
Are you just considering that I'm not worth replying?

Should be renewing my membership soon, but I'm wondering if I really can....

As I indicated in the ticket, I have already tried this and it still doesn't change...
You can see it if you login on my site. Have whitelisted your IP address.

Did some additional code checking:

$body and $buffer both display correctly
What does not work is the preg_replace line which returns apparently nothing in $body1.
I am using SJ Company...Can the syntax be different for SJ_Company? Not good enough with regular expressions....
