I have the same problem with sj_joomla3 and Russian language. (font is applied to Latin symbols and not applied to Cyrillic, see attached screen shot).

In this template I can't found gfonts.php file, what can be done?

Please go to Template Manager, enter your font in Google Font-Family field.

I logged in "administrator" panel, go to "Exttensions" ->"Template Manager" ->"sk_joomla3"->"options" ->"Typography". Set "Google Font-Family" to "Ubuntu". All Latim symbols are shown with new font, while Cyrillic are shown with another font, seems "arial".
