You can set the font family by setting the value of parameter "Default Font-Family" in template manager (see the attached image).

Otherwise, please open the template.css file in "your_site/templates/smart_news25/css", finding:

body {
font-size: 13px;
}

change to:

body {
font-size: 16px;
font-weight: bold;
}
