I do this who tell me, but is dont open all the accordion automatically, is need to click first

You can add the css: at the end of this file: /templates/sj_tini/css/template-lavender.css

.sj-accordion .acd-items .acd-item.selected .acd-content-wrap{
height:360px;
}
