Just looked at xml file and the reason some of the words labels show is because they are defined in the xml file not the language file, also
mod_yt_news_scrollbar has no label referencing the language file. So th eproblem exists with the languauge file. Is this a Joomla 1.6.3 issue?

I downloaded the module on the 6th May 2011, the last modified file was 31/3/2011 so my module is up to date.

I know that your module has an issue with using ftp ownership and will only work properley if with apache owned files (slightly concerning) would this apply to the language folder?

In this case, please change language folder and en-GB to writable
chmod is 777 or 755

I think this issue is from your host
